HEScGRO™ Medium for Human ES Cell Culture
HEScGRO hES cell medium is the first, animal-component free medium that is specially formulated to meet the unique requirements of human embryonic stem cell culture. No other hES cell media is available as a serum-free, ready-to-use, and complete formulation. HEScGRO has been extensively tested and proven to maintain the pluripotential nature of several hES cell lines including: MEL-1, MEL-2 and H1. This medium is fully-defined, serum-free, and animal-component free, and does not require additional supplementation to maintain cells in their pluripotent state. Mitotically inactive feeder cell layers are commonly used to support hES cell growth.
ESGRO Complete™ Clonal Grade Medium
An innovative serum-free cell culture medium containing BMP4 and LIF, which for the first time enables mouse ES cells to grow from clonal concentrations without the use of fetal bovine serum or Primary Mouse Embryo Fibroblast (PMEF) feeder cells.
NDiff™ Neuro-2 Medium Supplement (200x)
A serum-free supplement developed for the in vitro differentiation of murine embryonic stem (ES) cells into post-mitotic neurons particularly via monolayer differentiation. This product may also be used in the derivation, propagation and maintenance of mouse NS neural stem cells.
NDiff™ Neuro-27 Medium Supplement (100x)
Specifically developed for the in vitro propagation and maintenance of undifferentiated murine embryonic stem (ES) cells in serum free medium (Nichols J, 2006). This product can also be used to differentiate murine ES cells into post-mitotic neurons particularly via monolayer differentiation (Ying QL, 2003).
