In accordance with the AIM Rules (Rule 26), insofar as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company's issued share capital that is not in public hands is 18.15%. This percentage comprises the holdings of Peter Mountford (through his interest in Secure Sciences pty Ltd and Mountford Family Trust), David Dodd, Mike Dexter and Les Webb, who are the only directors currently holding shares in the Company. Harry Karelis does not hold shares in his own name but is connected with Biotech Capital Ltd, of which he is a director.
