These admission documents are disclosed solely for the purposes of and in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange. The earliest admission document of Stem Cell Sciences plc relates to the admission of 22,301,194 securities to AIM and is dated 15 July 2005. The most recent relates to the admission of securities in the form of CHESS Depository Instruments to the ASX and is dated 13 April 2007;
